Mwtal Processing:Your thermos cup will start from a series of stainless steel pipes. After going through the metal processing process, it will become the outer shell and inner liner of the thermos cup. Then, through welding technology, a complete cup body will be obtained.

Test:During the metal processing of thermos cups, professional inspectors will be assigned to each step to check the condition of the products and pick out the substandard ones for scrapping.

Test the insuation performance:After metal processing, we will obtain complete stainless steel cup bodies. These cup bodies need to undergo three temperature measurements to ensure that each cup reaches the customer is insulated, as this is the most basic function of a thermos cup.

Wrap the mouth:Wrap the rim of the thermos with high-temperature resistant tape. In this way, after the thermos is sprayed with plastic or paint, the plastic powder will not enter the rim and affect the appearance of the interior of the thermos.

Spray paint:One way of coloring the cup body is divided into matte paint, glossy paint, rubber paint, rainbow paint, diamond paint, etc.

Powder coating:One way of coloring the cup body is divided into smooth and matte textures.

Print logo:laser,screen print,3D print,heat transfer,water transfer and so on.
